Solution Responsible
1)Channel Management:Build, manage, and develop relationships with Huawei's local partners, including distributors, resellers, and integrators.
2)Sales Enablement:Provide partners with Huawei product training, marketing resources, and technical support to enable successful sales.
3)Business Development:Identify and recruit potential new partners; develop strategies to increase partner revenue and market share.
4)Sales Planning & Execution:Define and execute partner business plans aligned with Huawei's sales targets; monitor partner performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
5)Cross-Department Collaboration:Coordinate with internal teams including product, marketing, and technical support to address partner needs and opportunities.
6)Market Intelligence Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to provide feedback to headquarters and adjust partner strategies accordingly.
7)Reporting & Analysis:Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), forecasts, and partner sales pipeline using Huawei tools.
Job Requirements:
1)Education:Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related fields.
2)Experience:At least 3–5 years of experience in partner sales, business development, or channel management, preferably in the ICT or telecom industry.
3)Language Skills:Fluent in Tajik, English and Russian.
4)Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Good understanding of local market dynamics in Tajikistan. Familiarity with ICT and telecom products and solutions. Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
5)Other Requirements:Results-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to travel within the region or abroad as needed. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
