🔧 ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:

• Организация и контроль производственно-технической документации на всех этапах строительства

• Составление и согласование графиков производства работ

• Подготовка и сдача исполнительной документации, актов КС-2, КС-3

• Взаимодействие с заказчиком, проектировщиками, подрядными организациями

• Контроль за соответствием выполняемых работ проектной документации и СНиП

• Участие в проверках, сдаче объектов, оформлении технической отчетности

• Высшее профильное образование (ПГС или аналогичное)

• Опыт работы инженером ПТО от 2 лет

• Уверенное знание нормативной документации, AutoCAD, Excel, специализированных программ (Гранд-Смета, 1С и др.)

• Знание процессов в строительстве “от и до”

You will be responsible for the design review, installation, testing, and commissioning of all mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other related installations.
