Job Identification:
We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team at CCI Tajikistan, based in Dushanbe city.
What we expect:
Manage employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems.
Handle hiring, transfers, and dismissals in line with labor laws and company policies.
Organize recruitment processes, publish vacancies, and support interviews.
Maintain personal files, labor books, and issue employment-related documents.
Coordinate different HR programs
Track annual leave usage
Prepare HR reports and personnel orders for internal and external use.
Ensure confidentiality of employee data and company information.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
13 years of experience in HR operations or personnel management
Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Knowledge of labor legislation and HR systems
Spoken proficiency in English
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and a proactive approach
