The SSD Assistant is responsible for overseeing all SSD program and ensure quality implementation of program through providing day by day mentoring and coaching. SSD Assistant is leading development of Strategy and narrative progress reports. Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Support in sponsorship service processes (Intake process, Annual Child Letter (ACL), Annual Progressive Report (APR), Give Money Letter (GML), SC (Special Case support), Drop Out process);• Submission of all necessary/ requested data to IHQ;• Translate beneficiaries’ letters and documents, make sure that the meaning of the translation will be accurate and understandable;• Registration data in internal system in accordance with strict deadlines; Ensure that all completed work follows internal ethical obligations.Required Qualifications and Experience• University Degree on Education, Social science.• Good in written and spoken in English, Tajik and Russian is preferred.• Report writing skills, High level of concentration and details orientated.• Excellent ability to multi-task.
