Join us to take your career journey to the next level!# ProudlyCCIWe are looking for the Commercial Trainer to be a part of our Sales team located in Dushanbe.Key responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and evaluate commercial training initiatives that align with the organization's strategic objectives.• To improve sales performance, collaborate closely with sales teams to identify and address training needs and performance gaps.• Collaborating with HR and sales leaders to develop and implement annual training strategies that enhance critical skill sets necessary to meet functional objectives.• Continuously measuring the effectiveness of the training programs and interpreting training results to improve areas for future learning activities• Deliver targeted training interventions based on the 70-20-10 framework, leveraging technology and the latest training methodologies to provide experiential learning to employees for functional & leadership skills development.• Track & report utilization of approved territory training budgets ensuring value addition to the organization through trained resources.• Make sure to conduct regular field visits to identify any unmet learning needs• Leveraging the digital tools and the LMS system to optimize learning and training reporting.
