This role supports leadership by bringing visibility, discipline, and automation to HR and cross-team operations. Brooklyn Academy is our workforce training initiative preparing Central Asian talent for logistics roles. Our environment is fast-paced, systems-driven, and performance-focused.4. Key ResponsibilitiesHR & People Operations • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment workflows • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes • Maintain accurate employee records and HR trackers • Support performance review cycles and HR reporting • Document and maintain HR SOPs • Coordinate internal communications and updatesOperations & Administrative Execution • Maintain operational dashboards and trackers • Monitor task follow-ups across departments • Support weekly and monthly leadership reporting • Help standardize cross-team workflows • Document and improve internal processes • Support CEO/COO office with special projectsSystems & Digital Tools • Manage Google Workspace, Excel, and ClickUp trackers • Ensure data accuracy across HR and operations files • Support workflow automation initiatives • Assist with LMS and internal platform administration • Coordinate with IT/automation team when requiredProcess Improvement • Identify operational inefficiencies • Propose structured improvements • Support expansion to new teams or cities • Build repeatable, documented workflows5. Candidate Profile (Mindset)We are looking for someone who is: • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Calm under pressure and deadline-driven • Proactive with strong ownership mentality • Comfortable working in structured, KPI-driven environments • Tech-comfortable and systems-minded • Able to follow through without constant supervision • Focused on execution, not just discussion6. Required Qualifications • Minimum 2 years in HR, operations, administration, or similar role • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets • Experience managing trackers, reports, or dashboards • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Professional working discipline and reliability7. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in logistics or trucking environment • Experience with ClickUp, Notion, or similar tools • Exposure to HR systems or ATS platforms • Process automation mindset • English proficiency (working level or higher) • Experience in fast-growing companies8. Work Conditions & Schedule • Location: Khujand or Dushanbe (on-site or hybrid based on role fit) • Schedule: Full-time • Work environment: Fast-paced, cross-functional • Reporting line: CEO/COO office • Occasional evening coordination with U.S. operations may be required9.
