Dushanbe Serena Hotel is seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our F&B operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional to join a prestigious international hospitality brand and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.Key Responsibilities• Oversee all F&B operations including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service • Ensure high standards of service in line with 4–5* hotel expectations • Manage budgeting, P&L, and cost control (food, beverage, and labor costs) • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development • Organize and supervise events, conferences, and banquets • Handle procurement, inventory management, and stock control • Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team Requirements1.
