Administrative Assistant — Remote.

An international marketing company is looking for a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Working Hours:

9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST time.

6:00 PM – 12:00 AM Tajikistan time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review company emails and flag important messages

• Send completed project photos to clients

• Prepare and process invoices and payment-related documents

• Schedule meetings and manage company calendars

• Review daily schedules and coordinate administrative tasks

• Provide general administrative support to the management team

Requirements:

• English proficiency: B2 level or higher required

• Excellent attention to detail

• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

B.
